Choose the Traneasy client for your device to bring multi-platform conversations and language assistance into your daily work. Confirm your device system before downloading, then follow the in-app prompts to get started after installation.

Before Installation
Choose the installation file for your system and pay attention to the installation prompts on your device.
Windows PC
Check your device information in "Settings → System → About" and choose the Windows download option. Once the download is complete, open the installation file and follow the wizard to continue.
macOS Computer
Check your device information in "About This Mac" from the Apple menu and choose the macOS download option. Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts in the installation window to complete the process.

Where can I find the downloaded installation file?
Open your browser's download list or check your computer's "Downloads" folder. Verify the file name before opening the installation file.
What if my device version is not listed on the page?
Versions that are not currently provided cannot be downloaded yet. Please check again later. Please use a client that matches your device's system.
How do I get started after installation is complete?
Open the client, complete the setup according to the initial prompts in the app, and become familiar with the conversation list, app entry points, and language assistance features.
